About The Role

Due to growth, we are currently looking for Personal Care Workers to provide support to our NDIS and aged care clients living in their own homes around Penrith and surrounds. You will provide a range of supports to ensure that they can continue to live in their own homes and a life they choose in their local community, including:

  • Providing personal care
  • Helping around the home (light cleaning and laundry duties)
  • Assisting with shopping and meal preparation
  • Transporting clients to appointments and general community access
  • Providing companionship and emotional support

*You must be willing to travel up to 30 minutes from the Penrith area.

About You

To be successful in the role, you'll need:

  • Flexible availability between 6:30am to 10:00pm daily
  • Cert III in Aged Care/Individual Support or Cert III in Home & Community Care or Cert IV in Disability
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check (preferred) or Police check
  • CPR and First Aid Certificates
  • A NSW Driver Licence and your own reliable transport with comprehensive insurance

4. Implementing and managing the delivery of care services

5. Act as your advocate to ensure your rights are protected

6. Be your support partner for the delivery of the services you need

Our packages are designed to meet the needs of the individual and their families, while protecting the rights and dignity of the care recipient. All our in-home care services are all delivered by fully qualified, interviewed and screened carers who undergo regular performance reviews. Recipients are involved in ongoing feedback that is part of our continuous improvement model of service delivery.
