We’re currently seeking warm-hearted and reliable Personal Care Assistants to join our team at Bodington, where we provide a safe, supportive, and home-like environment for our residents.
Your Role Will Include:
• Assisting residents with personal care such as showering and dressing
• Supporting daily living activities including meals and social engagement
• Collaborating with our clinical team to follow individual care plans
• Maintaining accurate documentation and contributing to a positive team culture
• Providing exceptional service to residents, their families, and the wider community
What We’re Looking For:
• A kind heart and a genuine passion for aged care
• Strong communication skills and a friendly nature
• A team player who is dependable and proactive
• Understanding of workplace health and safety
• A Certificate III in Aged Care (or equivalent)
• Ability to assist clients with medication would be an advantage
• Willingness to undergo a Police Check and NDIS clearance
