As a Personal Care Assistant, you’ll play an important role in delivering high-quality person-centred care to our residents in Netherby Home, while being supported through training and teamwork. We’re all here to help make sure the people of King Island get the best care possible in a warm, respectful, and welcoming environment.
Our Personal Care Assistant provides direct resident care to our residents within our 14-bed Residential Aged Care Home, Netherby Home, working within the scope of practice of a Personal Care Assistant and under the direction and supervision of a registered nurse to achieve planned resident outcomes.

Permanent part time, shift worker position, working 16 hours per fortnight, 2 December 2026.
*Notwithstanding hours to be negotiated with the successful applicant.
Applicants should note that, for a period of twelve months from the date of publication, this selection process may be used to fill subsequent or similar full time, part time, and casual vacancies.
$65,827to $68,854 per annum (pro rata). Our Employer 12% superannuation contribution is on top of this amount.
You’ll have access to salary package a range of benefits including living expenses up to $9,010 + $2,650 in meal entertainment each FBT year + other benefits if eligible.
