Job Description

Join University Home Care Inc as a Personal Care Assistant in Dundee, MI, where you will provide compassionate support to individuals in need, helping them maintain their independence and improve their quality of life. Responsibilities

• Assist clients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation.
• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.
• Monitor and report any changes in clients’ health or behavior to the supervising nurse or case manager.
• Help with light housekeeping tasks such as laundry, cleaning, and organizing living spaces.
• Support mobility and transfers safely and effectively.
• Ensure client privacy and confidentiality at all times.

Requirements

• Previous experience in personal care or home health care is an advantage.
• Compassionate, patient, and reliable with strong interpersonal skills.
• Ability to follow care plans and instructions carefully.
• Valid driver’s license or reliable transportation preferred.
• Ability to pass background checks.
