IIQAF Group is seeking a compassionate and experienced Personal Care Assistant in Sydney to support our hospital and healthcare team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in patient care, aged care support, daily living assistance, and clinical support services

Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality personal care and patient support
• Assist patients with bathing, dressing, grooming, and hygiene
• Support mobility, transfers, and safe patient handling
• Monitor and report changes in patient condition
• Assist with feeding and daily living activities
• Maintain patient dignity, comfort, and privacy
• Support nurses and healthcare professionals in daily tasks
• Follow infection control and hospital safety procedures
• Maintain accurate care records and documentation

Requirements

• Certificate III in Individual Support / Aged Care / Health Services preferred
• Experience in hospital, aged care, or clinical environment preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Compassionate and patient-focused attitude
• Ability to work flexible shifts (including weekends if required)
• Knowledge of Australian healthcare standards preferred
