Schedule: 40 hours/week; 11:00 PM-7:00 AM with rotating weekends.
Earn $17.76/hour or $19.76/hour with the selection of the Enhanced Pay option, plus shift differentials.
Paid Training: Required training will take place during daytime hours (9:00 AM–5:00 PM) within the first 1–2 weeks.
Position Details
Our Personal Care Assistants are responsible for ensuring the safety and well-being of all residents in an 8-bed Personal Care Home (PCH). This role supports residents’ mental health and physical well-being through direct care and supervision. They carry out daily care responsibilities while actively participating in and following individualized treatment plans for residents diagnosed with mental health disorders
