The Role
We have an exciting and fast paced opportunity to join the Infinite Operational team in the role of Personal Care and Services Concierge at our Knoxfield Care Home!
This role plays a pivotal role in delivering exceptional care and support services to all residents. This position is responsible for implementing Infinite Care's welcome process, overseeing the on-site execution and management of the Additional Services/HELF programs, ensuring social and emotional support is provided to all residents as well as ensuring that both initial and ongoing resident care and service needs are consistently surpassed.
