About the role:
Juniper St. Davids, located in Mount Lawley, is seeking a Personal Care and Activities Assistant (PCAA) to join our supportive residential aged care team and help deliver meaningful, person-centred care to our residents.
In this role, you will support residents with their daily living needs, social engagement, and overall wellbeing, combining personal care with meaningful activities that enhance quality of life. You will help create a welcoming and supportive environment where residents feel valued, respected, and able to live with dignity and purpose.
This role is ideal for someone with empathy, patience, and a genuine passion for aged care, who enjoys building relationships and making a positive difference in people’s lives every day.
The successful candidate must be able to work Fridays 0800-1600 and will be offered a permanent part-time contract.

We are the designated state-wide major trauma centre for paediatrics in Victoria and a Nationally Funded Centre for cardiac and liver transplantation.
