Shelby Gardens Senior Living in Cordova is seeking compassionate and dependable Personal Care Aides to join our team. If you are passionate about supporting older adults and creating a safe, comfortable environment for individuals living with memory loss, we would love to meet you!

Available Shifts

• Day Shift: 7:00 a.m.–3:00 p.m.
• Evening Shift: 3:00 p.m.–11:00 p.m.
• Overnight Shift: 11:00 p.m.-7:00 a.m.
• Full-time opportunities available

What You’ll Do

• Assist residents with personal care and activities of daily living
• Provide respectful, compassionate support tailored to each resident’s needs
• Help residents with mobility, meals, grooming, dressing, and other daily routines
• Observe and report changes in residents’ condition or behavior
• Maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable environment
• Build meaningful relationships with residents, families, and fellow team members
• Follow individualized care plans and community policies

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• Previous senior living, assisted living, or memory care experience is preferred
• Compassionate, patient, and dependable
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to provide attentive and respectful care to individuals living with memory-related conditions
