Location: Whitehall, PA

Pay: $17–$18/hour + Scholarships (up to $750 per semester) + Early access to earned wages + Monthly appreciation events

Requirement: U.S. High School Diploma or GED

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist residents with grooming, dressing, and meal prep
• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Maintain a clean and safe living environment
• Follow care plans and safety protocols

Qualifications:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Compassionate, patient, and detail-oriented
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting
• Familiarity with basic medical procedures and terminology
• CPR/First Aid training and personal care experience preferred
• Completion of Fellowship Orientation and pre-hire assessment
