Personal Branding Sales Manager

(Managing a brand but with a person as a brand)

Our client is one of Asia's most vibrant and progressive independent media houses. Our portfolio includes a variety of successful regional publishing brands in lifestyle and luxury markets across Hong Kong, India, Malaysia, Singapore, and Thailand.

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Personal Branding Sales Manager who will help grow our roster of clients for our personal branding and masterclass services. This role requires creativity, strong interpersonal, negotiation, and consultancy skills, and a strong network of UHNWIs and luxury brand partners.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for finding new clients for personal branding services
  • Advise on personal branding strategy and ensure each project maintains a high level of profitability
  • Work closely with the marketing team to develop client strategies and pitches
  • Secure partners and sponsorships for our masterclass series of events
  • Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of potential clients and a network of brand partners and clients
  • Manage relationships with clients to ensure they remain satisfied, that their queries are responded to, and that their needs are met
  • Meet monthly and annual sales and revenue targets through the successful
    implementation of sales and marketing strategies
  • Coordinate with internal and external teams to meet deadlines

Qualifications

  • Effective time management and prioritization skills to meet deadlines and achieve sales targets
  • At least 5 years experience in sales or marketing; in luxury lifestyle services or premium markets is preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, communication arts, or a related field
  • Strong understanding of the local market and luxury industry
  • Experience in marketing or brand consultancy is a plus
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to create presentations both in Thai and English
