Client company introduction: 

The Company is a UK-based real estate developer creating lifestyle-led living spaces with an international team and global best practices.

This is a full-time, hybrid role for a Personal Branding Executive located in Karachi. We are looking for someone who has experience in social media or personal branding, preferably for founders, executives, or public-facing individuals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the personal brand across LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram, X, and other relevant platforms.
• Plan content calendars and manage day-to-day posting workflows across all channels.
• Turn raw material, ideas, appearances, and long-form content into platform-appropriate social assets.
• Write captions, post copy, hooks, and short scripts with a strong grasp of tone and voice.
• Design simple carousel-style posts and basic branded visuals.
• Edit and assemble short-form videos and reels for social platforms.
• Track performance across platforms and continuously refine content strategy based on results.
• Spot trends, opportunities, and new content formats, and proactively bring ideas to improve the overall approach.
• Research and monitor trends, competitor accounts, and emerging content formats across platforms.
• Support reporting, analytics, and post-performance documentation.
• Gather references, inspiration, and creative benchmarks to support content development.
• Explore and test new AI tools and workflows, and bring innovations to the content strategy.
• Maintain organised content libraries, asset folders, and workflow documentation.

Requirements

• First language MUST be English.
• Be able to communicate clearly in writing, understand tone and context, and produce content that sounds sharp and credible. They must also be proactive in flagging ideas, updates, and issues without needing to be chased.
• Written English must be excellent. This is a content-first role, and the quality of writing is a direct reflection of the brand.
• 4-5 years of experience doing social media or personal branding, preferably for founders, executives, or public-facing individuals.

Work Days: Monday- Friday

Work Mode: Hybrid

Location: DHA Phase 6, Karachi
