ABOUT WEDDED WONDERLAND


Wedded Wonderland is the global luxury destination wedding and celebrations platform — connecting couples, suppliers, and venues across more than 50 countries. With 1M+ Instagram followers across six pages and a co-founder whose organic content consistently reaches 40,000+ views per post, we are building a daily content machine that drives three commercial outcomes simultaneously: couple concierge inquiries, supplier network memberships, and investor credibility.


THE ROLE


Our co-founder Wendy El-Khoury is already generating 40,000+ views per post on completely unedited face-to-cam content. That signal is almost entirely untapped. As Personal Brand Producer, you will own the system that turns this raw energy into a daily, commercially-driven content machine — scripting Wendy's content, managing the production pipeline, directing the editing team, and using AI tools to multiply output without multiplying headcount. You will work closely alongside Wendy in Sydney and will be the connective tissue between her ideas and the content that reaches a global audience. AI fluency is not optional in this role — it is how we produce at the volume and quality we are building toward.


WHAT YOU WILL DO


  • Own Wendy's full weekly content calendar across Instagram Reels, Stories, and LinkedIn

  • Script Wendy's face-to-cam Reels using Claude to draft in her voice, then refine and personalise

  • Use Riverside.fm to record high-quality remote interviews and capture sessions when Wendy is not in Sydney

  • Process raw footage through Descript for transcript-based editing, filler word removal, and script cleanup

  • Feed long-form content through OpusClip to generate multiple short-form clip candidates automatically

  • Use Captions.ai to auto-caption and style all short-form content before handoff to the editing team

  • Brief remote editing team on every video with AI-assisted brief documents generated via Claude

  • Monitor post performance within 24 hours — use data to brief the next week's content iterations

  • Connect every piece of content to a commercial CTA — concierge DM keyword, supplier membership, platform sign-up

  • Maintain a 4-week rolling content bank using AI tools to ensure publishing never stops

  • Bring 5–10 new content ideas to Wendy every Monday — use Claude and platform trend data to generate and rank ideas


Requirements


WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR


  • 2–4 years producing personal brand or founder-led social content — portfolio demonstrating Instagram Reels performance is required

  • Demonstrable understanding of hook-first structure and what makes a Reel earn its view in the first 3 seconds

  • Proven ability to write in someone else's authentic voice — scripts that sound like a real person, not a brand

  • Comfortable using AI tools daily as a production accelerator — not as a replacement for judgment, but as a multiplier

  • Based in Sydney with genuine availability on-site at least 3 days per week

  • Commercial mindset — every post has a job to do and you know what that job is


BONUS IF YOU HAVE


  • Familiarity with ManyChat or keyword-triggered Instagram DM automation

  • Understanding of the luxury wedding, destination travel, or lifestyle space

  • LinkedIn content strategy experience for B2B and investor audiences

  • Knowledge of Cody Sanchez, Alex Hormozi, or Steven Bartlett's content model
