Eligibility Criteria:

Qualification: Minimum 16 years of education (majors in Finance, Commerce, Marketing or Economics) from a reputable university / institute recognized by HEC.

Age Limit:

- Maximum 26 years of age as of June 30, 2026

- 2 years’ age relaxation for the following candidates:

• Who have completed their Dars-e-Nizami / Shahadat ul Alamiyah from an HEC recognized Board
• Hafiz-e-Quran
• Differently-abled persons

Required Skills:

• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Good customer relationship management skills
• Good people management skills
• Presentation skills

Required Personality Traits:

• Mindset towards Islamic banking
• Sales and service attitude
• Presentable personality

Key Responsibilities:

• Enhance and establish relationship with existing and potential customers to increase product per customer / retention of customers.
• Deliver high level of sales and service excellence
• Deposit mobilization through effective portfolio management
• Cross-sell consumer and wealth products
• To be recognized by customers as a single point of contact for all their financial needs
