Job Description

As a Personal Banker-Outbound, you will be the face of our bank, engaging with customers and providing an exceptional banking experience. Your primary focus will be on outbound sales, where you will proactively reach out to potential and existing customers, offering personalized financial products and services. You will build strong relationships, understand customer needs, and deliver tailored solutions to meet their financial goals.

  • Proactively engage in outbound sales activities to acquire new customers and cross-sell existing ones.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their financial needs and preferences.
  • Offer personalized financial solutions, including savings accounts, investments, loans, and insurance products.
  • Provide excellent customer service, ensuring a smooth and efficient banking experience.
  • Stay updated on the latest financial products and services to offer relevant and timely advice to customers.
  • Collaborate with other bank teams to ensure a seamless customer journey and effective cross-selling opportunities.
  • Achieve individual and team sales targets, contributing to the overall growth of the bank.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation of customer interactions and sales activities.
  • Participate in branch initiatives and events to promote the bank's products and services to the local community.
  • Uphold the bank's values and maintain a high level of integrity and professionalism at all times.
  • A bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as finance, business, or economics, is preferred.
  • Prior experience in a sales or customer-facing role, preferably in the banking industry, is an asset.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with customers.
  • Strong product knowledge and the ability to understand and explain complex financial concepts.
  • A proactive and results-driven approach, with a passion for sales and achieving targets.
  • Ability to work independently and manage a high volume of customer interactions.
  • Proficiency in using banking software and systems for efficient customer service and sales management.
  • A customer-centric mindset, always putting the customer's needs and satisfaction first.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to ensure accurate record-keeping.
  • A willingness to continuously learn and stay updated on industry trends and best practices.
