Job Description

As a Personal Banker-Outbound, you will play a crucial role in our Branch Banking department, focusing on relationship management and sales. Your primary objective is to develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their financial needs and offering tailored solutions. You will be an integral part of our team, contributing to the bank's growth and success.
  • Proactively reach out to potential clients and generate new business opportunities through outbound sales activities.
  • Conduct thorough needs analysis for clients, offering personalized financial solutions and products.
  • Maintain and expand existing client relationships, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and new financial products to provide relevant advice to clients.
  • Collaborate with other relationship managers and specialists to deliver comprehensive financial solutions.
  • Achieve individual and team sales targets, ensuring a consistent pipeline of new business.
  • Provide excellent customer service, addressing client inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation for all client interactions and transactions.
  • Participate in branch initiatives and events to promote the bank's products and services to the local community.
  • A bachelor's degree in finance, business, or a related field is preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in outbound sales, preferably in the banking or financial services industry.
  • Strong knowledge of banking products and services, including savings, investments, and loans.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and generating new business.
  • Ability to work independently and manage a diverse portfolio of clients.
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems and other sales-related software.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Willingness to stay updated on industry trends and regulations.
  • A self-motivated and results-driven approach to work.
