Job Description

As a Personal Banker-Outbound, you will be the face of our bank, representing us in the community and building strong relationships with our customers. Your primary goal is to actively engage with customers, understand their financial needs, and offer tailored solutions. You will be responsible for cross-selling and upselling our bank's products and services, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Develop and execute outbound sales strategies to target new and existing customers.
  • Build and maintain a strong network of customer relationships, focusing on relationship management.
  • Identify customer needs and provide personalized financial solutions and advice.
  • Cross-sell and upsell bank products such as loans, investments, and insurance policies.
  • Stay updated with market trends and competitor offerings to provide competitive recommendations.
  • Collaborate with other bank teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Handle customer inquiries and provide timely resolutions to their financial queries.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
  • Attend community events and represent the bank to enhance its presence and reputation.
  • A bachelor's degree in finance, business, or a related field is preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a personal banking or sales role, with a proven track record.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach.
  • Strong product knowledge and the ability to explain complex financial concepts simply.
  • Proficiency in using banking software and tools for efficient customer relationship management.
  • Ability to work independently and manage a diverse customer portfolio.
  • A proactive and results-driven mindset, with a focus on achieving sales targets.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Willingness to stay updated with industry regulations and best practices.
