Job Description

As a Personal Banker-Outbound, you will play a crucial role in our branch banking operations. Your primary responsibility will be to actively reach out to customers, understand their financial needs, and provide tailored solutions.   • Proactively reach out to customers via phone, email, or in-person visits to introduce new products and services.
  • Build and maintain a strong customer base by providing excellent service and building long-term relationships.
  • Understand customer needs and offer tailored financial solutions, ensuring a personalized approach.
  • Achieve sales targets by promoting and selling a range of banking products, including loans, investments, and insurance.
  • Stay updated on market trends and competitor offerings to provide competitive advice to customers.
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer journey and cross-sell additional bank services.
  • Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information, resolving any issues promptly.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities, ensuring data integrity.
  • Participate in branch initiatives and contribute to a positive work environment.
  • Continuously develop your skills and knowledge to enhance your ability to serve customers effectively.
  • A bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as finance, business, or economics, is preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the banking industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach.
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills, with a proven track record of meeting targets.
  • Ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers quickly.
  • Proficiency in using banking software and tools for customer relationship management.
  • Analytical skills to interpret customer data and make informed recommendations.
  • A proactive and self-motivated attitude, with a results-driven mindset.
