PB – Inbound JD

Key Responsibilities:

• Process cash deposits, withdrawals, check cashing, and fund transfers.
• Handle demand drafts (DD), mail transfers (MC), and vault/teller box custody.
• Balance cash drawers and reconcile daily tallies with zero error.
• Identify counterfeit currency and adhere to strict security/KYC guidelines.
• Spot basic customer needs and refer clients to branch representatives

AM / PAM CASA JD

• CASA Acquisition: Source New-To-Bank (NTB) Current and Savings Accounts adhering to quality, segment, and balance-criteria mix. [1, 2]
• Catchment Mapping: Work with branch managers to map local catchments, run corporate/residential campaigns, and generate customer referrals. [1, 2]
• Digital Onboarding: Guide and activate customers on mobile banking, net banking, and digital payment platforms. [1]
