Job Description

As a Personal Banker-Inbound, you will be the face of our bank, offering a warm and welcoming experience to our customers. Your primary goal is to understand their financial needs and provide tailored solutions. You will build a strong network of clients and ensure their satisfaction through your expertise and excellent service.
  • Greet and assist customers with a friendly and professional attitude.
  • Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently, ensuring compliance with bank policies.
  • Cross-sell and promote the bank's products and services, such as loans, investments, and insurance.
  • Build and maintain a strong client base by actively reaching out and developing relationships.
  • Stay updated with the latest banking products and services to provide accurate information to customers.
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a timely manner.
  • Maintain a high level of confidentiality and ensure data protection at all times.
  • Collaborate with other team members to achieve branch goals and provide exceptional customer experiences.
  • Attend training sessions to enhance your banking knowledge and skills.
  • Ensure a clean and organized work environment, maintaining a positive branch image.
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required, with a preference for a bachelor's degree in finance, business, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the banking industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
  • Strong product knowledge and a passion for providing exceptional customer service.
  • Proficiency in using banking software and systems, with basic computer literacy.
  • Ability to work independently and manage a high volume of transactions efficiently.
  • A proactive and solution-oriented mindset, with a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Willingness to undergo training and continuous learning to stay updated with banking trends.
