As a Personal Banker at Kotak Mahindra Bank Ltd, you will be the primary point of contact for our valued customers. Your role is pivotal in creating a positive and memorable banking experience.   • Process customer requests and inquiries promptly, providing accurate and friendly assistance.
  • Maintain a clean and professional work area, reflecting the bank's commitment to excellence.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and maintain consistent service quality across the branch.
  • Attend regular training sessions to enhance your skills and stay informed about new banking products and services.
  • Minimum graduation from a UGC-recognized university, preferably with a degree in finance, business, or a related field.
  • 1 year of experience in a personal banking or customer service role is highly preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and interact professionally with customers.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in all transactions and customer interactions.
  • Ability to work independently and manage a high volume of customer inquiries and transactions.
  • Proficiency in using banking software and systems for efficient transaction processing.
  • A customer-centric mindset, with a passion for delivering exceptional service and building long-term customer relationships.
  • Willingness to stay updated with industry trends and banking innovations to provide the best solutions to customers.
  • Basic knowledge of banking regulations and compliance, ensuring a secure and compliant banking environment.
