Job Description

As a Personal Banker, you will be the face of our bank, providing a warm and welcoming environment for our customers. Your primary focus will be on delivering an exceptional in-branch experience, offering personalized financial solutions, and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will be responsible for building a strong client base and maintaining a high level of service excellence.

  • Greet and assist customers with a friendly and professional demeanor
  • Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently, including deposits, withdrawals, and account inquiries
  • Cross-sell bank products and services, such as loans, credit cards, and investment opportunities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their financial needs and goals
  • Provide personalized financial advice and recommendations based on customer profiles
  • Stay updated with the latest banking products and services to offer relevant solutions
  • Handle customer complaints and inquiries, ensuring timely resolution
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring compliance with bank policies
  • Collaborate with other team members to achieve branch goals and provide a seamless customer experience
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required; a bachelor's degree in finance, business, or a related field is preferred
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the banking industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach
  • Strong product knowledge and the ability to cross-sell effectively
  • Proficiency in using banking software and systems
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Willingness to continuously learn and adapt to new banking products and services
  • Fluency in English and local languages is an advantage
  • A passion for delivering exceptional customer service
