Job Description

As a Personal Banker-Inbound, you will be the face of our bank, providing a warm and welcoming experience to customers. Your primary focus will be on understanding their financial needs and offering tailored solutions. You'll build strong relationships, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and loyalty.

  • Greet and assist customers with a friendly and professional demeanor.
  • Process various banking transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and account openings.
  • Offer personalized financial advice and recommend suitable products and services.
  • Cross-sell bank products and services to existing customers, expanding their banking relationship.
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with banking regulations and policies.
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve their concerns promptly and efficiently.
  • Collaborate with other team members to achieve branch goals and provide exceptional service.
  • Stay updated on new banking products and services to better serve customers.
  • Participate in branch initiatives and contribute to a positive work environment.
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required; a bachelor's degree in finance or a related field is preferred.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the banking industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach.
  • Strong product knowledge and the ability to explain complex financial concepts simply.
  • Proficiency in using banking software and systems for transaction processing.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in record-keeping.
  • Ability to work independently and manage a high volume of customer interactions.
  • A proactive and solutions-oriented mindset, with a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Willingness to continuously learn and adapt to new banking products and regulations.
