As a Personal Banker (Bancassurance), you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer experiences while driving sales of bancassurance products. Provide personalised financial advice and tailored solutions to customers
Identify customer needs proactively and cross-sell suitable bancassurance products
Achieve individual and team sales targets
Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships
Ensure a seamless and positive customer journey
Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and product knowledge
Collaborate with internal departments to deliver integrated financial solutions
Contribute to the overall growth and performance of RHB Banking Group in the region
Diploma or Degree in Finance, Banking, Business, or related field
Minimum 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role within banking or financial services
Strong sales, negotiation, and influencing skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Self-motivated, resilient, and able to work independently and in a team
Proficient in Bahasa Malaysia and English
Passionate about delivering outstanding customer service
