พนักงาน Personal Banker มีหน้าที่ดูแลและให้คำแนะนำทางการเงินแก่ลูกค้าบุคคลรายย่อยของธนาคาร UOB (ไทย) จำกัด (มหาชน) เพื่อสร้างความสัมพันธ์ที่ดีกับลูกค้าและช่วยให้ลูกค้าบรรลุเป้าหมายทางการเงินผ่านผลิตภัณฑ์และบริการที่เหมาะสม

ความรับผิดชอบหลัก:**

* สร้างและรักษาความสัมพันธ์ที่ดีกับลูกค้าบุคคลรายย่อย โดยการทำความเข้าใจความต้องการและเป้าหมายทางการเงินของลูกค้า
* นำเสนอและให้คำแนะนำเกี่ยวกับผลิตภัณฑ์และบริการทางการเงินที่หลากหลายของธนาคาร เช่น บัญชีเงินฝาก บัตรเครดิต เงินกู้ ประกัน และการลงทุน
* วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลทางการเงินของลูกค้าเพื่อนำเสนอโซลูชั่นที่เหมาะสมและเป็นประโยชน์สูงสุด
* บรรลุเป้าหมายยอดขายและเป้าหมายการให้บริการลูกค้าตามที่ธนาคารกำหนด
* จัดการข้อซักถาม ข้อร้องเรียน และให้ความช่วยเหลือแก่ลูกค้าอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพและทันท่วงที
* ติดตามและปรับปรุงข้อมูลลูกค้าให้เป็นปัจจุบันอยู่เสมอ
* ปฏิบัติตามกฎระเบียบและนโยบายของธนาคาร รวมถึงข้อกำหนดของหน่วยงานกำกับดูแลที่เกี่ยวข้อง

คุณสมบัติ:**

* วุฒิการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรีขึ้นไป สาขาการเงิน การธนาคาร บริหารธุรกิจ หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
* มีประสบการณ์ในการทำงานด้านการขายผลิตภัณฑ์ทางการเงิน หรืองานบริการลูกค้าในสถาบันการเงินอย่างน้อย 1-3 ปี
* มีทักษะในการสื่อสาร การนำเสนอ และการเจรจาต่อรองที่ดีเยี่ยม
* มีใจรักบริการ มีมนุษยสัมพันธ์ดี และสามารถสร้างความไว้วางใจกับลูกค้าได้
* มีความรู้ความเข้าใจในผลิตภัณฑ์และบริการทางการเงินต่างๆ
* มีความกระตือรือร้น มีความรับผิดชอบ และสามารถทำงานภายใต้แรงกดดันได้ดี
* สามารถใช้คอมพิวเตอร์และโปรแกรมพื้นฐานต่างๆ ได้ดี
* หากมีใบอนุญาตผู้แนะนำการลงทุน (IC License) หรือใบอนุญาตผู้เสนอขายผลิตภัณฑ์ประกัน (Life/Non-Life Insurance Agent License) จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
