Job Description

This position offers an exciting opportunity for individuals who enjoy building strong customer relationships by identifying financial needs and providing effective solutions. This role involves assisting customers with sales and service inquiries to enhance overall satisfaction and support business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver a consistent, exceptional customer experience by uncovering customer needs in a customer‑centric manner and recommending appropriate bank products and services.
  • Accurately and efficiently process customer transactions, including account opening and maintenance for both personal and business accounts.
  • Contribute to the achievement of both individual and team goals by supporting overall branch performance and success.
  • Refer customers to subject‑matter experts when more complex financial goals or needs are identified.
  • Complete required outbound phone calls to customers to help grow and retain relationships.
  • Actively engage in continuous training and professional development to enhance skills and stay current with best practice.
  • Effectively de‑escalate customer concerns or complaints by remaining calm, empathetic, and solution‑focused, while following bank policies and escalation procedures as needed.
  • Conduct all activities in accordance with bank policies, procedures, systems, the Corporate Code of Conduct, the Bank Secrecy Act, and all applicable state and federal laws and regulations.

Qualifications Customer service in banking or other similar field preferred or equivalent combination of education, training and experience that demonstrates the required knowledge, skills and abilities. Possess good judgement and strong organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple responsibilities, prioritize, research and solve problems, attention to detail, and handle confidential information.
Strong interpersonal relations with the ability to work with customers and employees in a cooperative manner using excellent verbal, listening and communication skills.
Provide Legendary Service that exceeds expectations at every opportunity.
Ability and desire to represent Central Bank in the community in a positive and professional manner.
