We are looking for an Executive Personal Assistant to provide direct support to the CEO, managing both personal and professional responsibilities with a high level of confidentiality, organization, and attention to detail.
This role is critical to ensuring the CEO’s activities run efficiently, enabling focus on strategic priorities. The ideal candidate is highly trustworthy, proactive, and capable of operating in dynamic environments while maintaining high standards of quality and discretion.
Responsibilities
CEO Personal Support
Manage the CEO’s personal and professional calendar.
Coordinate personal appointments and handle confidential matters.
Provide day-to-day support across personal and professional activities.
Travel and Event Management
Plan and coordinate personal and professional travel.
Organize events and social engagements.
Ensure flawless execution of all logistical details.
Document Management
Organize and maintain personal documents with high confidentiality.
Ensure accuracy and proper organization of information.
Errand and Task Management
Execute personal errands for the CEO.
Coordinate daily operational activities as needed.
Technical Requirements
Experience
2+ years of experience as a personal or executive assistant.
Experience supporting senior executives.
Languages
English and Spanish fluency required.
Professional Skills
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Discretion and ability to handle confidential information.
Effective communication skills.
Proactive mindset and ability to anticipate needs.
Adaptability in fast-paced environments.
