Your mission:

Du bist Julies Gatekeeper & ihre engste operative Unterstützung – von Kalender und Kommunikation bis Founder Brand und Fokusschutz. Und gleichzeitig die Person, die dafür sorgt, dass im femtasy-Office und bei Team-Admin-Themen alles läuft.

Your responsibilities:

• Tagessteuerung & Kalender-Management: Du behältst den Überblick über alle Themen, die Julies Zeit beanspruchen, priorisierst Anfragen und sorgst für einen gut strukturierten Kalender. Du sorgst dafür, dass Julie jeden Arbeitstag mit Klarheit & Fokus startet.

• Kommunikation: Du managst ihre Inboxen, priorisierst Anfragen und hältst Follow-ups nach.

• Workshop Planung & Organisation Dreimal im Jahr trifft sich das gesamte femtasy-Team für ein Onsite. Du planst & organisierst die Agenda und alles, was dazu gehört.

• Travel Bookings & Office Management: Du kümmerst dich um unser Berliner Office (Post, Supplies, etc) und buchst Reisen für das gesamte femtasy-Team.

• HR & Admin Support Du unterstützt bei allen administrativen HR-Themen – Verträge, Dokumente, On- und Offboardings sowie die Pflege relevanter Daten und Prozesse. Du hältst dem Team operativ den Rücken frei.

• Personal Founder Brand: Du hältst den operativen Unterbau von Julies Founder Brand am Laufen – Rechnungen, Vertragsanfragen, Ausgaben, Erledigungen.

Role-specific requirements:

• High Agency: Du brauchst keine perfekte Anleitung, um loszulegen. Du findest Wege, Dinge möglich zu machen, und bringst Aufgaben zuverlässig zu Ende.

• Orderliness & Struktur Dein Arbeitsalltag ist maximal gut organisiert und strukturiert. Du weißt zu jederzeit, was offen ist, was wartet und was heute fertig wird.

• Automation-Mindset. Du nutzt AI-Tools täglich (wo sie sinnvoll sind), denkst in Automatisierungen und freust dich, wenn du etwas nie wieder manuell machen musst.

• Founder-Erfahrung mit Referenz. Du hast bereits für Gründer:innen gearbeitet – und hast eine Referenz, die das bestätigt.

• Fließendes Deutsch und Englisch (written and spoken).
