• Manage schedules, travel, meetings, correspondence, and confidential documents.
• Act as a bridge between senior leaders and stakeholders, maintaining key business relationships.
• Help foreign executives settle in Malaysia, handling housing, transport, banking, healthcare, and visas.
• Support corporate projects, conduct research, and manage daily operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or it's equivalent
• At least one year related working experience
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and scheduling tools.
• Fresh graduates are welcome
