Personal Assistant To Owner (Optometry - Multi Practice)

Reporting To: Jeffrey, Owner

Compensation: $30.00 - $35.00 / hour

We are seeking a multi location Optometry practice seeking a Personal Assistant to the owner. You are detail oriented, reliable, and friendly.

Your Location:

• Our Office: 1224 Ostrander Ave, Riverhead NY 11901
• We have 16 offices around the area

Your Schedule:

• Full Time (40hrs/Wk) – We do not short your hours!!!
• Mon-10am-7pm, Tues-Thurs 9am-5pm, Fri 9am-2pm, Sat 9am-2pm (2x/month)

Your Contribution to Sound Vision Care:

• Calendar Mastery - Organize meetings, Schedule Appointments, Coordinate with the team
• Communication Management- Phone, Email, Messages, Transcriptions
• Admin - Data entry, Customer Service, Office organization & maintenance
• Customer Service - Provide excellent service to clients and visitors
• Assist with Personal Life: scheduling, coverage for mother, manage rental properties

Experience:

• Proven experience as a clerk, personal assistant, or in a similar role
• Proficiency in Google Suite & Quickbooks
• Strong written and verbal communication
• Excellent organizational skills & attention to detail
• Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively
