What you'll be doing

• Assist in managing and organizing Managing Director daily operation
• Support in non operational procurement process
• Follow up and maintain general office requirement contracts
• Analyze data, prepare/generate reports and slides for meetings/conference calls
• Taking meetings/conference call minutes
• Organizing meetings, conference calls and business trips for Managing Director
• Maintain office business trip organizations and manage visa processes
• Plan and coordinate logistical arrangements for the arrival of overseas guests
• Prepare and handle sensitive and confidential documents
• Keeping the office in order and support in the administrative functions of the office

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent with Office Management and Assistant for High Level Management
• 3-5 years of working experience in Personal Assistant to Senior Management Roles
• Good level of English in both spoken and written English for liaison with Management
• Proficient in MS office (excel /powerpoint)
• Positive attitude with an innovative approach towards tasks assigned to you, as well as energy and enthusiasm to work the impossible
• Passionate about the job you are doing
• Organized, Rigorous approach to each task and service oriented
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Collaborative and able to work in diverse culture environment and with different departments
