Your Personal AI, a global leader in AI annotation and data collection projects, is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Personal Assistant to support our Head of Asian and China Business. This remote role offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, collaborating with our partners in Asia and China.
Assist with internal and external communication on behalf of the Head of Asian and China Business.
Help create project overviews and ensure deadlines and deliverables are met.
Support project management efforts using tools like Asana.
Facilitate communication with Chinese clients and partners, maintaining cultural sensitivity.
Prepare reports, presentations, and documents as needed.
Maintain organized records and files for quick access to key information.
Perform other administrative and support tasks as required.
To be considered for the role of Personal Assistant to the Head of Asian and China Business at Your Personal AI in the Administration department, the following requirements are necessary:
Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or in a similar role.
Proficiency in English and Mandarin (written and spoken).
Strong organizational and multitasking skills with excellent attention to detail.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, especially in cross-cultural environments.
Experience working with project management tools, particularly Asana.
Familiarity with tools like Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and handle confidential information.
Bonus: Experience in AI, tech, or working with Chinese businesses.
Flexibility in working hours to accommodate time zones in Asia and China is essential.
