Job Description

An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced Personal Assistant to join Mirvac on a 6 month fixed term, part-time contract, providing high-level support to the GGM, Taxation and GGM, Transformation and their broader teams.

Offering genuine flexibility, this opportunity could suit someone looking to work four days per week or reduced hours across five days, while remaining connected to a senior and fast-paced corporate environment.

Your opportunity

Working across Group Tax and Transformation, you’ll play an important role in keeping two busy senior leaders and their teams organised, connected and operating effectively. You’ll manage complex priorities, coordinate senior-level meetings and events, prepare high-quality documentation and presentations, and provide trusted day-to-day support across both functions.

This is a varied role where no two days will look quite the same. You’ll work closely with teams across Finance, Legal, Risk & Internal Audit, Procurement & Workplace, Treasury, Strategy, Origination & Capital Markets and Group Secretariat, giving you broad exposure across the business.

Your responsibilities will include

  • Managing complex diaries and inboxes for two GGMs, including executive, Board, ARCC and stakeholder meetings
  • Coordinating meetings, agendas, presentations, papers and follow-up actions
  • Preparing high-quality presentations in line with Mirvac branding
  • Organising team offsites, training sessions, travel, catering and events
  • Managing expenses, purchase orders, invoices and associated administration
  • Supporting corporate governance, compliance, registers and document management
  • Coordinating regulatory documentation, contracts, approvals and sign-offs
  • Supporting onboarding, contractor renewals and IT equipment requirements
  • Looking for smarter and more efficient ways of working, including practical opportunities to use approved AI tools
  • Providing broader administrative and project support across Taxation and Transformation as required.

Your experience

You’ll be a confident and highly organised PA who enjoys working with senior leaders and can comfortably manage competing priorities.

Ideally, you’ll bring:

  • Previous experience supporting a General Manager or senior leader within a large corporate environment, ASX-listed organisation or professional services firm
  • Strong diary, inbox and stakeholder management experience
  • Exceptional organisation and attention to detail
  • The ability to remain calm and solutions-focused when priorities change
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • A collaborative, professional and personable approach
  • Discretion and sound judgement when handling confidential information
  • A proactive mindset and willingness to identify better, more efficient ways of working
  • Previous experience within property, finance, tax, legal or professional services would be advantageous, but is not essential.

Why consider this opportunity?

This is a great opportunity for an experienced PA looking for flexibility without stepping away from a senior, varied role. You’ll work closely with two senior leaders, build relationships across multiple areas of the business and contribute to teams that play an important role across Mirvac.

This is a 6 month fixed term, part-time opportunity, with flexibility to consider four days per week or reduced hours across five days.
