About the role

This is a high-trust role where you’ll handle both personal and logistical matters that keep the Chairman fully supported. From daily routines and family arrangements to travel, errands, and personal events, you’ll be the steady hand behind the scenes - helping him stay focused, prepared, and balanced.

You will anticipate needs before they surface, reduce friction in his day, and create space for deep work, recovery, and time with family. When capacity allows, you may also step into selected executive assistant tasks on the business side — from coordinating meetings and travel to helping ensure his time is spent on the highest-leverage work.

This role is a fit for someone who is calm under pressure, comfortable around high expectations, and motivated by the idea of quietly enabling outsized impact behind the scenes.

What will you do

  • Manage the Chairman's personal calendar, appointments, errands, and family-related matters

  • Coordinate both personal and business travel, transport, and accommodations

  • Handle day-to-day logistics such as meals, wardrobe prep, deliveries, and reservations

  • Run personal errands and coordinate with household vendors or service providers

  • Arrange gifts, celebrations, and family or personal events

  • Liaise professionally with family members, external contacts, and personal networks

  • Track personal payments, claims, renewals, and manage documentation

  • Maintain strict confidentiality and discretion at all times

  • Be available on-site daily at HQ, with flexibility to assist during off-hours when required

  • Occasionally assist with EA-related tasks (e.g., meeting prep, follow-ups) when bandwidth allows

What you bring

  • 3+ years of experience in a Personal Assistant, Lifestyle Manager, or similar role

  • Experience supporting senior leaders, high-profile individuals, or busy households

  • Excellent organization and communication skills

  • High maturity, sound judgment, and ability to manage sensitive information

  • Own transport and ability to run errands across the Klang Valley

  • Based in Malaysia and fully available for on-site work in Petaling Jaya

  • Willingness to be contactable outside of standard hours for urgent matters
