About the Client

Our client is a fintech recruitment agency that partners with ambitious financial technology companies across Europe and beyond. They are seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant to support their Founder. The role involves managing a variety of business, administrative, and personal tasks. The aim is to save the Founder’s time, bring organization to a fast-paced workflow, support effective decision-making, and drive projects to completion. This role requires a deep understanding of the business and its priorities, evolving into a trusted partner for the Founder.

Role Overview

This is an exciting opportunity to work closely with the Founder of a successful fintech company. As a Personal Assistant, you will manage a wide range of responsibilities, from handling the Founder’s calendar to organizing travel and coordinating various tasks. This role is not just about assistance; it involves becoming a key player in the company's operations, with opportunities to take ownership of complex responsibilities and grow within a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the Founder’s calendar, appointments, meetings, reminders, and day-to-day schedule.
• Organize business and personal travel, including flights, hotels, transfers, and other arrangements.
• Handle personal errands and lifestyle tasks such as organizing gifts, deliveries, and reservations.
• Research and compare services, vendors, and products, providing clear recommendations.
• Coordinate with external providers and follow up to ensure task completion.
• Support daily operational and administrative matters, including documents and payments.
• Take ownership of ad-hoc requests and unexpected situations, finding solutions independently.

Requirements

• Previous experience as an Executive Assistant, Founder Associate, Project Manager, or in a similar role.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• High level of independence and ownership.
• Excellent research skills and ability to find the best options based on various requirements.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Discretion and confidentiality in handling information.
• Comfortable communicating with diverse individuals and resolving issues.
• Tech-savvy with modern online tools, booking platforms, and AI tools.
• Previous experience with a Founder or in a startup, recruitment, or fintech environment is an advantage.
• Languages: English C1, Russian C1.
