What you will be doing: Proactively manage executive diaries, triage competing priorities, and coordinate internal and external meetings across multiple property portfolios. Screen incoming communications, draft professional correspondence, and act as the first point of contact for board members, key stakeholders, high-profile tenants, and service providers. Compile, format, and edit high-level presentations, executive reports, minute meetings, and ensure timely distribution of board packs. Assist in managing statutory and regulatory property documentation, ensuring compliance standards are met. Coordinate with property managers, legal counsel, and operational heads to track action items arising from executive meetings. What our client is looking for: A relevant tertiary qualification would be beneficial (Business Administration, Legal Secretarial Studies, etc.). 5+ years of experience as an Senior PA supporting C-suite executives, preferably within Property Management, Real Estate, or Legal environments ideally. Advanced skills in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), cloud platforms, and document management systems. Familiarity with property management software is a plus. Very strong written and verbal English communication with nuanced tone control and proofreading accuracy. Ability to manage sensitive corporate information with total confidentiality and handle demanding situations calmly. Anticipates executive needs, resolves issues independently, and operates effectively in a high-performance environment.
