Job Description


  • Provide day-to-day administrative and secretarial support to the Director, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and travel arrangements.

  • Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and HR-related documents with accuracy and confidentiality.

  • Track, organize, and follow up on Director’s action items, deadlines, and key priorities.

  • Coordinate internal and external meetings, ensuring all logistics and materials are prepared in advance.

  • Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive company and HR matters always.


Requirements


  • 1–2 years of experience in a Personal Assistant, Admin, or similar support role.

  • Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, HR, or related field preferred.

  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.

  • Strong communication and coordination skills.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

  • Mandarin is an additional advantage.
