Workiz is seeking a part-time Chief of Staff (50%). You’ll partner closely with the CEO and leadership team to turn priorities into action, strengthen executive decision-making, and ensure the company moves in sync. This role combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution, and is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-moving environment and knows how to create clarity where there isn’t any.
In this stage, the role includes both high-level strategic work and hands-on operational responsibilities. Over time, the operational responsibilities will be delegated as the company scales.

Key Responsibilities
• High-level thinking: Prepare narratives, synthesize decisions, run exec processes, challenge assumptions, track priorities
• Partner with the CEO to refine, communicate, and operationalize company priorities
• Manage the CEO’s workflow by filtering information, escalating critical issues, and ensuring time is spent on the highest-impact areas
• Prepare strategic materials for board meetings, leadership reviews, and key external engagements
• Cross-functional pressure: Keep leaders aligned, chase commitments, surface blockers early
• Lead or support cross-functional projects that require executive sponsorship or alignment
• CEO representation: Act as a proxy in meetings and manage relationships with board/external partners
• Project owner: Take vague priorities and turn them into structured execution
• Step into operational gaps as needed to keep momentum and avoid bottlenecks
Requirements
• 3+ years in a Chief of Staff, strategic operations, management consulting, or senior executive support role in a high-tech environment
• Strong proficiency in Hebrew and English
• Exceptional communication, organization, and analytical skills
• Ability to work across multiple functions and influence without authority
• High level of discretion, reliability, and resilience
• Advanced skills in G-Suite, Office, and multi-time-zone coordination
• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree is an advantage
