The Personal Assistant (PA) will provide administrative and personal support to the CEO, acting as a gatekeeper and right hand. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, confidentiality, emotional intelligence, and the ability to multitask.
Key Responsibilities
Calendar & Schedule Management: Organize and maintain the CEO’s agenda, including business and personal appointments, meetings, travel, and events.
Communication: Handle correspondence on behalf of the CEO—emails, calls, and messages—ensuring timely responses and discretion.
Meeting Coordination: Arrange internal and external meetings, prepare agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
Travel Management: Plan and coordinate travel arrangements (flights, hotels, visas, transport).
Personal Assistance: Manage aspects of the CEO’s personal tasks
Office & Team: Serve as a key point of contact between the CEO and internal teams, clients, partners, and suppliers.
Confidentiality & Discretion: Handle sensitive information with integrity and confidentiality.
Requirements
Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar role
High level of professionalism and discretion in dealing with confidential matters
Exceptional organizational and time management skills
Strong written and verbal communication abilities
Proficient with digital tools
Proactive, detail-oriented, and flexible with a hands-on mentality
Fluent in English; Dutch is a strong advantage
Located in or near Amsterdam
