About the Role
We are looking for a reliable, professional and well-organised Personal Assistant / Insurance Administration Executive to support a District Director with daily administration, insurance operations, policy servicing and client-related matters.
This is a fixed-salary administrative position and is not an Insurance Agent, Financial Consultant, Financial Adviser or commission-based sales role.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide personal assistant, administrative and clerical support to the District Director, including coordinating appointments, meetings and schedules.
- Handle insurance administration, including policy servicing, documentation, data entry, filing and record management.
- Maintain customer records and assist with client communications, enquiries and follow-up matters.
- Support HNW, VIP and private clients by retrieving and preparing policy information when required and authorised by the Director.
- Communicate professionally with customers in English or Mandarin according to their preferred language.
- Handle confidential personal, financial and client information with discretion and in accordance with Singapore PDPA requirements.
- Perform basic bookkeeping and accounting administration.
- Prepare Word documents, Excel spreadsheets, PowerPoint presentations and other administrative materials.
- Assist with other administrative and ad hoc duties as required.
Requirements
- Experience in insurance administration, PA/EA support, financial services or a similar administrative role is preferred but not mandatory.
- Basic knowledge of insurance products, policy servicing and administration is an advantage.
- Experience dealing with HNW, VIP or senior-level clients is an advantage.
- Fluent in English and Mandarin, as the role requires communication with customers who may prefer either language.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills with a professional and service-oriented attitude.
- High level of confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive customer information; basic knowledge of Singapore PDPA is an advantage.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint, with basic bookkeeping or accounting knowledge.
- Detail-oriented, organised, responsible and reliable, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Must be legally eligible to work in Singapore.

Working Hours
Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Saturday: Half-day, mostly Work From Home. May need to go office occasionally for event prep or urgent cases.
This is a five-and-a-half-day work week. Working hours may occasionally be adjusted based on operational requirements and scheduled business activities.
Salary & Benefits
- Salary starts from SGD 3,200 per month, depending on qualifications, relevant experience and competencies.
- Salary review after successful completion of the 3-month probation period, based on performance and capability.

Important — Non-Sales Position
This is strictly a salaried Personal Assistant and Insurance Administration position.
There is no requirement to sell insurance, prospect for customers, meet insurance sales targets, recruit Financial Consultants or earn commission-based income.
