Job Responsibilities

1. Manage the executives calendar , scheduling appointments, meetings, and events while ensuring no conflicts.
2.  Coordinate and prepare for meetings , including setting agendas, booking meeting rooms, and preparing briefing documents
3. Arrange travel and accommodation for business trips, including itinerary planning, transport bookings, and visa arrangements.
4. Act as a liaison between the executive and internal/external stakeholders , ensuring clear communication and timely follow-ups
5. Manage the executives personal agenda , including family events, health appointments, and other personal commitments
6. Assist in personal errands such as coordinating household tasks, booking appointments, and organizing travel for family members.

7. Handle confidential matters with discretion and maintain privacy at all times.

Requirements

1. 5+ years of experience as a personal assistant or executive assistant, preferably supporting C-level.
2. Proven ability to manage both professional and personal tasks with exceptional organizational skills.

3. Experience in managing complex schedules and coordinating travel logistics.

4. Proficiency with office tools like Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and calendar management tools.
5. High level of discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information
6. Proactive and detail-oriented with the ability to anticipate the needs of the executive.
7. Adaptable and flexible , with a positive attitude toward changing priorities.
