Unity Grammar is seeking a highly organised, professional and proactive Personal Assistant to the Senior School Principal & School Administration Officer to provide high-level executive support while contributing to the efficient operation of the College Administration Office.

About the Role
The Personal Assistant to the Senior School Principal & School Administration Officer is responsible for providing confidential executive, organisational and administrative support to the Senior School Principal while also supporting front office operations, student administration, parent communication, attendance processes and general school administration functions. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of the Principal's office and the wider administration team through effective organisation, communication and stakeholder engagement.
Key Responsibilities
Provide high-level executive and administrative support to the Senior School Principal.
Manage calendars, appointments, meetings and correspondence.
Prepare agendas, minutes, reports, presentations and school communications.
Coordinate meetings, events, assemblies and school activities.
onitor action items, deadlines and administrative priorities.
Liaise professionally with staff, students, parents and external stakeholders.
Maintain confidential records and documentation.
Support compliance and record-keeping requirements.
ovide reception and front office support when required.
Assist with attendance management, student administration and parent enquiries.
Maintain accurate records within Sentral and other school systems.
Support the preparation and distribution of school communications, notices and event information.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of administrative processes and systems.
