Personal Assistant

Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and professional Personal Assistant to support executive operations, client communication, scheduling, and administrative coordination in a fast-paced environment. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• 
  Draft and send professional emails to executives, financial firms, and corporate contacts
• 
  Manage lead pipelines and follow-up activity using Pipedrive CRM
• 
  Coordinate calendars, schedule calls, and organize meetings
• 
  Review inbound responses and coordinate scheduling with internal teams
• 
  Maintain organized records of communication and administrative activity
• 
  Assist with reporting, document preparation, and day-to-day administrative support
• 
  Utilize AI tools to improve communication efficiency and workflow organization
• 
  Support daily executive and operational coordination
