Job Description

This Personal Assistant job is a rare opportunity for an exceptional PA who thrives in a high energy, constantly moving environment and enjoys being at the centre of operations, people management support and senior leadership activity.
The role will support a senior leader with broad responsibilities across operations, people and business management, as well as providing ad hoc support to another senior figure within the business. This is not a traditional diary only PA role. It requires someone commercially aware, highly organised and capable of anticipating needs before they arise.
Key responsibilities will include senior level administrative support, coordination of operational activity, assisting with HR related processes, supporting internal communication and helping ensure the smooth running of multiple workstreams. The successful individual will be trusted with a wide remit and expected to operate with pace, discretion and confidence.
This role offers genuine exposure to the inner workings of a growing business and would suit someone who enjoys responsibility, variety and being relied upon as a key member of the support structure.
Personal Assistant Requirements • Essential experience as a PA or Executive Assistant supporting senior leadership
• Essential ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced environment
• Essential experience working within professional services or financial services
• Desirable experience supporting operational or HR related activity
• Desirable experience working in a hybrid office based environment

Personal Assistant Benefits • Salary up to £32,000 depending on experience
