Job Title: Personal Assistant
Location: Singapore
Salary: SGD 2,600 - 3,500 per month, with 13th-month payout and a 1% discretionary bonus on growth
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Personal Assistant to join our team at a leading financial advisory firm in Singapore. This role requires strong organizational skills, multitasking ability, and a hands-on approach to supporting financial advisors in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities
Assist financial advisors with client management, ensuring timely follow-ups and updates
Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
Prepare and organize client documents, reports, and presentations
Maintain and update databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality of client information
Conduct research and prepare relevant materials for client meetings
Handle emails and phone inquiries professionally and efficiently
Work closely with the team to optimize office operations and improve processes
Qualifications & Skills
Diploma or equivalent experience
Prior experience as a personal assistant or administrative assistant, preferably in financial services
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with CRM systems
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Excellent organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail
Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced team environment
High level of discretion in handling confidential information
