About the role

This is an exciting opportunity to support two of our General Managers in the Obstructive Sleep Apnea (OSA)and Home Respiratory teams based in East Tamaki, Auckland.  

The main focus of the role will be to provide a high level of administration support to the two teams including reporting, email support, calendar management and travel bookings as well as financial administration such as POs and expenses.

Something About You:

  • You’re a highly organized PA/Team Administrator with experience in a similar role and team environment.
  • You have the ability to manage multiple tasks and have exceptional attention to detail. 
  • Your proven computer skills in the Microsoft Office Suite will allow you to carry out this role effectively.
  • You’re an excellent communicator, able to build relationships at all levels of the business. 
  • You will be able to show your initiative and be flexible when juggling multiple priorities.
  • You have the willingness to go to the extra mile, with enthusiasm.
