The Graduate Programme within the Standard Bank Connect Operations teams is designed to build strong technical, analytical, and operational capability in billing and MVNO. The programme equips graduates with technical billing expertise, enabling them to manage billing systems, process customer usage data, and ensure accurate and efficient invoicing for mobile services. A key focus is on strengthening revenue accuracy and assurance by developing the ability to identify discrepancies, prevent revenue leakage, and support overall financial integrity within the MVNO environment.
Graduates will gain a comprehensive understanding of MVNO operations, including the partnership model with network providers, product structures, and customer billing frameworks. Through practical exposure, the programme develops advanced analytical and problem-solving skills, enabling graduates to interpret complex billing data, resolve discrepancies, and improve processes through data-driven decision making.
The programme also supports customer experience excellence by emphasising the importance of accurate and transparent billing, which strengthens customer trust and reduces disputes. Overall, the programme is designed to build a pipeline of future leaders within Standard Bank Connect by preparing graduates for long-term roles in Billing, Finance, and Telecommunications Operations, supported by structured development, mentorship, and ongoing performance feedback.
