Mission

Purpose of the Job

Under the supervision of the Permits Coordinator, Permits Associate provides support and assistance in the implementation, coordination, and documentation of the various requirements of the project for Metro Manila Subway Project and North-South Commuter Railway Project.

He/she is also in charge of the administrative requirements of the Permitss and Licenses from various government agencies. Monitor Colas Rail Philippines, Inc. compliance relative to the Philippine applicable laws as well adherence to it.

Main Responsibilities

Responsibilities

Includes but not limited to the following:

  • Assist in preparing and submitting Permits applications to relevant government agencies (e.g., BFP, LGUs, DENR, DOLE).

  • Assist in monitoring and tracking of status of Permits applications and renewals.

  • Assist in coordinating with project teams and sub-contractors to gather necessary documentations.

  • Assist in maintaining organized records of all Permitss, correspondence, and related documents.

  • Assist in following up with government agencies to ensure timely processing.

  • Support in scheduling inspections and site visits related to Permits requirements.

  • Help ensure compliance with local regulations and company standards.

  • Prepare reports and updates for the Permits Coordinator and management.

  • Perform other administrative and coordination task as assigned.

Profile

Educational Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or above in business management or any course

Desired Knowledge / Experience

  • At least 1 year of experience in administrative or coordination roles; experience in Permitsting is a plus.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); familiarity with document tracking systems is an advantage.

  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks under tight deadlines.

  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
