The HOA Technician contributes to Ion Solar by efficiently collecting neighbors' and homeowners' signatures, attending HOA meetings, and communicating clearly with the HOA team.
Duties/Responsibilities:
Drive to cities/neighborhoods within a 30-mile radius of the office.
Retrieve signatures from homeowners & neighbors.
Communicate with the HOA department & other techs on a daily basis.
Maintain a personal email, and respond to all communication within 24 hours.
Update and complete service appointments throughout the day
Required Skills/Abilities:

Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
Excellent driving skills
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
Ability to develop solutions to difficult problems
Access to a working smartphone
Education and Experience:
A high school diploma or equivalent is required
Customer service experience required
Solar experience preferred
Valid Driver's License
Driving Requirements:
Must be at least 21 years old
Must have a clean driving record as determined by a Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) check
Working Conditions:
Fast-paced environment with significant computer and phone usage. Utilization of complex systems. Speed and accuracy are essential to the successful completion of tasks.
Prolonged periods driving and working on a computer. Regular requirement to talk, or hear; frequent requirement to stand, walk, reach, bend or lift up to 20 pounds.
