Applications / Permit Runner

The Applications/Permit Runner is responsible for traveling to local municipalities to submit, retrieve, and manage permit-related documentation in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Travel to various municipalities to deliver and pick up permit documents
  • Maintain professional, courteous communication with municipal staff and internal team members
  • Adhere to all company vehicle policies and safety regulations

Required Skills & Abilities:

  • Highly self-motivated, reliable, and dependable
  • Strong organizational, time management, and prioritization skills
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Comfortable communicating across multiple channels (in-person, phone, email)

Education & Experience:

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Valid driver’s license with satisfactory Motor Vehicle Report (MVR)
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening
  • Construction industry experience preferred
